Successful start of the season for Oliver Harsch at the Nürburgring Drift Cup 2024
Oliver Harsch started his 34th motorsport season at the Nürburgring Drift Cup 2024. Last year he drove the first two runs with his BMW E30, then switched to a BMW E36 with a turbomotor. Despite technical problems, he achieved 6th place in the overall ranking 2023. The E36 was revised over the winter, but engine problems continued to occur. In the first run in 2024, despite street tires, Harsch qualified in fourth out of 22 participants with 83 points.
On the competition day, Harsch continued to fight with motor dropouts, but decided against the use of Semislicks. In the battle he defeated the Frenchman Garcia and later Benoit Berton with 800 hp. In the semifinals against Tim Weiner, he used his grip problems to move into the final. In the final against Uwe Sener, Harsch benefited from a technical defect in his opponent and won the Pro-Drifter class. On March 12, 2024, we were able to experience a special moment in the PS Speicher in Einbeck-a historic classic car museum that we have been supporting our lubricants for several years.As a long -standing partner of the museum, we were up close at the award ceremony of the annual classic donation campaign of Lebenshilfe Gießen.
Eleven breathtaking classic cars, a motorcycle and a tractor that are operated with our high -quality engine oils found new happy owners that day
After the event, we had the opportunity to look at other classic cars on display in the lovingly furnished backdrop of the museum. A real journey through automotive history!

VW winter meeting 2020
VW Beetle, air -cooled Porsche and VW bullies.
